Sometimes I disappoint myself.
Sometimes I disappoint others.
Sometimes I disappoint myself and others…
Then I feel like a failure.

Wow, what a week! I couldn’t even begin to describe all the things tied
into life in the last seven days. All I know is that it’s good to have
a God to depend on, good times and bad. I guess the most significant
“light bulb” moment was when I was reading an email that Hope sent me
about being thankful for the circumstances God has given you, Not just
being “content” with your lot by becoming resigned to your fate, but
truly be grateful for each opportunity he has put you through. I might
want a certain thing to happen, but God has given me the chance to get
a college education, the chance to learn how to witness, the chance to
participate in a triathlon. Instead of focusing on what life could be,
I can be happy for all the awesome stuff God is letting me do now!

Caution: Do not give this kid coffee!         Me and my guys (is that a kiss?! )

          Quality time – playing
neopets on the neighbors wireless

Also, several have asked why I didn’t have a johari window so I will admit…I couldn’t figure out how to do it!
My wonderful tech support crew, the ever helpful Brian, showed me how
and it wasn’t that hard! I have aquired new skills and knowledge!
So here it is, let me know what you think.
*edit* leave it to me,  I messed up on that first one – try this one.

I am really bad at swimming. Talk about being out of shape!

I read my triathlon book about how to practice swimming and got really
nervous about the race. It’s still two months away! This is really bad.

Last night my stomach was growling so much that it woke me up! I had
breakfast, but by the time lunch arrived I was starving again! Good
thing I guess because this evening I had the appetite to try pigs ear.
Can’t say I’d recommend it.

Struck up a conversation with a man with the half intention to witness,
but he was already saved. I talked to a young Bolivian but never got to
the point of sharing the gospel; guess I still need lot’s of courage
and practice.

That’s pretty much been my day.

Boy am I tired! I started training this week for the triathlon and
today I rode a ten mile bike then jogged/walked around a mile and a
half with a new trainee. Then I painted for seven hours, then played
basketball and knock-out for about an hour. I think I’ going to go to
bed. At least I get to sleep in until 6 tomorrow!
