Ten days and counting….

Things are much better now thanks.



I just needed to give things over to the Lord.



Mostly I needed to lighten up and dwell with my family and ask for help -so yeah, all is now well.

Time to pack up!
Due to the flooding (mentioned a little while back) and the need to replace carpet, our  house has been turned upside down today. All four bedrooms have been packed up and cleared out except for the mattresses we’ll sleep on for the next five days. So as not to move my stuff around twice I put it directly into boxes and hopefully will take them to my new house this weekend!

Part of the task was getting things down to only what I really needed/wanted. Here are all the trophies and awards I’ve earned over my “past life”. I’m just keeping the ones that meant the most to me. Note the bare floor and the stack of mattresses. I told dad he really didn’t have to do all of this just for the wedding
